Initiates a precheck inquiry to assess applicant eligibility and product suitability before proceeding with a full application. This endpoint evaluates the provided applicant and product information, returning a summary of eligibility results or relevant errors. Use this operation to determine if an applicant meets the initial criteria for further processing.
